How effective is it really? The only person I know who uses chatgpt just asks it depressing things and it sycophantically agrees and puts him on weird thoughts loops, but it could just be a skill issue.
Does knowing that it's not a person affect the value of your interactions with it? Would you rather have a real person and you just don't have any other options, or do you see the chat as having more value? I wish I could use more of those things but it always starts to feel cyclical and fake to me. I'm very open to it just being a me issue though and I'd like to get this value out of it that a lot of other people apparently are.
