Not counting ports? You'll probably have to go all the way back to 2019 to find one that isn't compromised in some way, that was the last batch of games in development before the Sonypocalypse. Gal*Gun Returns was in 2021, but again, that was a remake, and then Gal*Gun too went on ice in favor of the neutered -vania spinoffs, and Aizu has explicitly stated it's because of the lack of viable platforms.

The first game didn't have that much in the way of fanservice, either. If they were going to do actual fanservice, they wouldn't bother with these and just make a real Gal*Gun, but this subseries is deliberately made as neutered as possible so it can release uninhibited on all major platforms.
