I wish they leaned more into Sam just being a "normal guy". Remove all the extinction entity bullshit and just make it minimalist story about a guy connecting everyone's wifi and learning to overcome his autism and make friends along the way.The game is sometimes magical when you're just exploring the terrain and listening to the music but then Kojima has to ruin it with some retarded exposition about stone age fossils or whatever wikipedia article he's currently obsessed with. It just doesn't work.
