It's unclear, apparently you can? The same event we got at the start is available over there, and I don't know if it's a mistranslation, or the missions from before are available in TW, I needed to reach a certain point in the plot and I hadn't reached it yet.
I would need to play more of the TW client to say if it may or not be worth it if any anon here wants to jump ship. I can't say anything about translation because I have just been skipping everything at every opportunity, sorry.
