Had family visiting and they didn't speak English. I personally have never felt uncomfortable with someone speaking French, German, Arabic, ect in the US.
I guarantee you no one would care if its French or German lol. But that's neither here or there. I dont think it matters nor I take offense. People are weird and that's the extent of it in my opinion
