Having watched all the episodes several times for some ungodly reason, I have concluded that Oscar's personality shifts to accompany the plot of the episode. Like in the episodes french toasting, tomorrow's bananas and the later pile. But sometimes that's not the case at all, like in Oscar and his demon. He can be smart if an episode calls for it. I don't know what the clown episode in season 6 was about though, that was shit
