I mean it's fairly nebulous concepts, "white" is more of a modern identity for americans and is more of a social denomer than anything, since they were calling irish and italian non white not too long ago, so it's more of an anglo-saxon germanic centric word that's mainly used for anglo superiority, with a lot of political complexities around why arabs are white and all such, but ultimately it's more of a moder anglo american term than anything, and "aryan" holds different meaning in a white supremacist nazi context and in a historical context, the "aryan" (indo iranian) and the indo european people both originate from the yamnaya culture but have been long separated, in more of a historical context aryan mainly just refers to iranian (iran also just being a different spelling of aryan) people, while europeans didn't call themselves aryan, then of course nazi germany picked the term up and started using it as more of a word referring to any people who originate from yamnaya culture (technically it's wrong though since aryan refers to the group of yamnaya that went to iran, while the other yamnya that went to europe weren't called aryan)
so ultimately in actual context "white" means something very different from the nazi concept of "aryan" which is in itself an incorrect use of the word since historically "aryan" again means something else, what you want "white" and "aryan" to mean is probably "people who originate from the yamnaya culture" but there isn't really a good catch all term for that, "white" is closer as a general concept but of course the way it's used doesn't reflect that, the nazi "aryan" is also pretty close to it, but again it's just incorrect, aryans are just one group of people who originate from the yamnaya culture, but not all of them
