I just can’t see Katara ever liking Aang that way- if she did it would have been obvious from the jump- women know if they like you within 5 seconds of meeting you and their opinion can only go lower from that point- Aang has the saved the world tax which yeah I guess would make him desirable now but Katara was literally jukin’ him right until he defeated Ozai- and she didn’t even approach him either he approached her and pretty much snatched his kiss like it was a victory lap- which is pretty based but- I can see why most people or a lot of people just couldn’t buy in to this couple- the slow burn never felt like there was mutual attraction- Katara’s chemistry with Zuko was superior
