WEll you shouldn't need to buy him but Revenant and his Prime are definitely among the best Warframes in the game. One skill makes him borderline immortal, one skill brainwashes 1 enemy and this spreads until a total of 7 (sucks to be Nyx), his 3rd skill is a vampiric fog rush that deals percent-based damage so while it sucks against low level opponents, this means he is killing people at level 9999 and his fourth skill hits with the weaknesses of enemies.
He is hated more because retards solely use him to be immortal and lazily play any way, but the dude has gamebreaking capacity regardless of that.
