Old Peace made me hyped as I haven't been in months. It isn't even here but my lore addiction is running theories in full power, my obsession has already recolored my Umbra into a Faux Prime and I'm having fun building a Nikana Prime and Daikyu Prime to emulate the demo.
I loved 1999 but it was more like it scratched this retro feel, but the reason I started Warframe was because of the mix of all the sci-fi tropes it had and it feels like it's going back to what I wanted and buried deep down.

The sentients we fight in the game seem to be some expeditionary force led by hunhow that became sterile during the jump, compared to the ones who settled in tau and look a bit different like the shota from the trailer.

It's uncertain how long a period of time in the orokin era is due to their lifespans, but it can be concluded that the update takes place after the first phase of the old war was over and the orokin realized ballistic weapons and swords utilized by warframes could turn the tide, resulting in the treaty. Thus it can be concluded that some disagreement on tau between the operator and the shota resulted in him being convinced by the separatists to fight the orokin, and he's possibly the one who ends up becoming hunhow, while the separatist woman in the comms ends up becoming the worm queen and also convinces the grineer to rebel, eventually leading to the second phase and the subsequent collapse of the orokin empire. The victory parade and subsequent genocide of the orokin is still a mystery but maybe it will end up being retconned.

Sporo is good but it NEEDS the augment or its just a sniper, augment gives it a forced viral AOE.

Synapse has 2x the damage IF its a 60% weapon, otherwise all it has is +1% crit chance, 2% status chance,some more ammo and a tiny extra range. The normal with a riven (1.31 dispo) is better.

I assume the melee is the hirudo because of the lifesteal on crit (34% crit base) but it could be the mire.

As a new player from a year ago, I genuinely have like three abilities unbound, and nowhere near enough to master the rest of my stuff to the point of not even having unlocked Vazarin or Madurai yet. It's kind of a pain in the ass since without plat I'm not sure where to hunt for good lenses, and even if I did it's a gigantic chore to build it up for abilities I'm not really focused around in regular play.

Focus should be reworked for the nth time, this time from the ground up into a RPG-like skill tree where we can pick what abilities we want from all the schools. She still can't die, her Hysteria stance is still shit, her 1, 2, and 3 are still worthless. She's the exact same frame as before except now Hysteria costs less energy in exchange for being able to die if you aren't stealing your teammate's kills.
