That could be because on Vanargand it's specifically linked to Kampfer with a similar approach (remove skirt armor, add thrusters) so the structure is reminiscent. And since Advanced Hizack shares a lot of the parts, it's gonna be the same here.
Bell thrusters really are rare though. On TR stuff, that is. Mars Zeon got them by the truckload. It's a nice little design tidbit.
