it's called communism dude there's a reason marx's critique of capital and political economy set half the world on fire.... something like eugenics in a capital-based society will never get implemented because it's an affront to individual liberty, which communism regards properly as a political anachronism... and the guaranteed survival of all, on similar grounds, will never be implemented in a capital based society because the competitive process (as a basic principle of free markets) ensures the existence of an eternal class of 'losers'... the reason capitalism can't deal with homelessness is because it literally sanctions it and requires it to function... communism is a system of even and fair distribution where a universal basic income or allowance would be a mainstay, much like social security but more encompassing w regard to who qualifies.

the 'incel' revolution is curious mixup of ideas without a coherent political direction or even an understanding of where those ideas come from... most incels think what they want is closer to nazism but in reality many of these ideas are communist... nazism being just another phase in the lifecycle of imperial capital, and one which, by the way, we are probably entering again
