Focusing so much on bosses ruined the game formula. If i wanted to play open world game i would just play skyrim.
No interesting encounters, boring open world, boring locations, at least 50% of playtime is just running around with horse, lore is literally unfinished open-ended mess(miyazaki literally confirms this), game progression is retarded unless you use guide if you actually want to have fun, retarded enemy scaling and hp bloat especially in late game areas, npc quest are somehow more janky and retarded than in DS1, huge item sorcery bloat making most of them boring or borderline unusable, basically no replayability unless you really like to waste your time making new build is pain because getting basic shit items for a build you have in mind can take literal hours even if you have perfect game knowledge
I could keep going on. Easily the worst entry in souls franchise. Huge time waster with not satisfying payout.
Most fun i had with this game was breaking DLC in coop mode with friend using miyrad of gltiches and exploits because i hated core gameplay so much i couldnt care less about the game.
