In my experience being polite and readily available to help, helps. I'm the quiet autistic guy who just smiles and nods and I don't tell anybody shit (normgroids are all gossipy niggers so this is also for safety purposes) but I am always there to help, always do my work on time, etc. I'm part of the team. Corpocuck, but there you go. Gotta be part of the team.
