I installed osrs, bought membership and leveled my fishing to 50 and agility 40. Then I was hit by a dreadful feeling of how badly I am wasting my time.
To enjoy runescape as an adult you either must be extremely content with your life or have given up all together.

every time i go outside or interact with people i realise that while i grinded in some dogshit fucking digital hamster wheel the other people grew spiritually, spent time with each other, experienced life, meanwhile i just wasted the precious time i could never get back. I can't talk to my peers - they're more mature than me. I can't talk to the younger people - they might be dumb, but they're still full of life, and i'm just an old man trying to fit in.
i'm still a virgin at 34 and i don't think this will ever change.
