How can you black mail someone, when it will be known that you are complicit with the crime, if you released the files.
Like, imagine a guy got a celebrity to rape someone and record it.
How will you release the files without exposing yourself, since you allowed the rape, sourced the victim, and recorded it.
Can't people that are Black Mailed today, just go out and disobey the orders of the Blackmailer, because if he releases them under his name, he will be questioned on how he got the footage.
And if they are released anonymously, wouldn't the court not take them seriously, or the person that is blackmailed just show the contacts of that blackmailer, which will destroy his whole operations.
