On the 'walls of text' topic, I think with captions there's sometimes an element of 'less is more' - you don't want to overpower the art with what you've added (it's a caption, not a short story).
In this amputee gen, you put a bit more text than I'd prefer - obviously everyone's gonna have a different tolerance

It's very 'logic blocks' - I don't think that dragging lines between text boxes is very visual from the art side of things, but you should be the judge of which feels best for how you want to gen.
Obviously, you can make great stuff with any of them, but I will say that A1111 and its descendants are gonna be easier to get up-and-running and probably easier to experiment with.
