It's bewildering how widespread this is, it's like every person in charge of color in all media across the world suddenly got brain damage all at the same time and started making their stuff look like shit for no reason, it very obviously looks like shit even to the untrained eye yet they keep doing it and keep doubling down

It's genuinely insane when you think about it, especially when you consider there's no pushback against it, no one's talking about it, no one's making alt movements in response to the gas the way every other art movement had a reaction before
