I could see one with a WhiteNight aberration that heals all of them and keeps the place safe, but basically bends their minds into complete loyalty to it. Or a version of Shelter of the 27th of March that keeps them perfectly unharmed in the facility but makes them terrified and paranoid of anything from outside.
