Mostly harmless, though you'll need to run your utilities again and all your mesh shaping is lost and such, but meshes are just meshes and will simply be their default shape again. Any esp you turned into an esl is going to be fucky if you try to load it again but it should show in your save that "___.esl" is missing so that's an easy enough checklist to redo. In the future you want to create outputs for such things rather than leave it all as one blob. You never go full blob.
