Idk what to do I feel like I'm in a dead end. My gf of 7 month left me (I will keep calling her that to make the story more understandable) saying we weren't right together and that I needed therapy, to work on myself because according to her I put too much pressure on her and create unnecessary conflict.
She said we could "find each other" when all of this would be settled and told me that now she needed to cut all contact but we would at least be friend when I would've worked on myself.
This was yesterday and I was absolutely devastated, today my ex contacted me, I was with this girl for a year and half before she dumped me because she's a depressive chick with bpd.
I agreed to meet her tomorrow because I'm a retard who will kill himself if nobody gives him love.
Wtf am I supposed to do, they both have a friend in common so my gf will know if I get with my ex. I want my gf back but how much time will I have to wait for this illusory stuff and what if she finds better. I don't even like really anymore my ex I'm just full of resentment and desperate for love and attention.
