This? I mean you are welcome to spend all of your time fighting every single filler story mission the game ever added with the 500 reskinned gnolls and kobolds while running through the same areas over and over with the overpowered leveling gear that makes it all a joke but I wouldn't recommend it. There's really no purpose to the "achievements", you'd just be running through the world's most boring checklist for 30 hours. You don't even get raw gold anymore since they removed all of the mission rewards before current raids.

It's completely dead content, even back in the day people didn't do all of those. If you just want to enjoy the gameplay your best bet is just getting to unlocking ein lacher which lets you fight a bunch of the old bosses from those missions.
