Chinks can make passable infrastructure that at least somewhat works, like passable roads in easy environments like Africa where you can just plop down a road and dont need to deal with the freeze-thaw cycle of cold climates.
And there are high IQ people there many of the government infrastructure projects are actually decent and some of them are really impressive in their scale.
China's problem is not IQ, its that they're corrupt people and lot of the chinesium / tofu building / half-finished crap is due to corruption. So sure while sometimes problems due to retardation in design that wouldn't happen in a White country, that is less of a problem than the corruption is - switching materials to shittier ones to pocket the money, leaving hidden structures completely unbuilt, etc.
My point is that jeets, niggers and arabs are simply too dumb to ever be able to maintain it all. And if they weren't too dumb, they would still be too lazy to do it. It's literally a virtue in jeet/arab/jew societies to be idle and not do any labor, and they all try to achieve idleness and are extermely work-shy.
The only reason there are even half functional arab countries is because of oil, the gulf nations have their shiny cities because its all European designers and engineers plus SEA labor, all paid by infinite oil money, for that to happen.
When the oil dries up, or when Whites are no longer around, those gulf countries will return back to their original state.
Look at Saudi-Arabia before oil, its just 70IQ extremely inbred camel jockeys, and that is what it will be again.
It would be interesting to have a look at like 200 years forward from now, which would be 100 years after the oil has already dried up, to see what the ruins of all those mega projects they did would look like

But otherwise its just about the people, here in Finland we live in a place that has very little natural resources and is frozen for most of the year.
We make it work though, it's called being White.
