I love semi-realistic stuff. Hoses, saline infusions, etc. I love them quite literally being pumped full of stuff but the content is supremely rare. Implants are also one of those things that I like in theory but in practice, all of the implant content is focussed around them being implants, rather than the growth/before vs. after.
