Trying to give myself a reason to use the Dog without gimping myself.

What do you guys think???
>150% Dog Damage.
>Dog Shock.
>50% Dog Damage.
Not having the Toughness on Charge or the CD reduction on it kinda sucks, but I figured the CD reduction on Execution Order would make the CD under 10 anyway as long as I keep killing Marked Enemies and the Toughness on Marked Enemies would also help.
Though the lack of 25% Damage Reduction surely hurts from Forceful.
Also does all that dog damage increase the SHOCK EXPLOSION damage?
