If everyone, and I mean LITERALLY EVERYONE that uses Steam stopped paying for things on it with their cards tomorrow, and started exclusively withdrawing cash from their local banks and purchasing steam cards with which to pay for their Steam purchases; all 130 something million of them.

What would the payment processors do? What would be the reaction to such a global refusal to use their method of payment?
