I'm talking about this, the very first announcement trailer for Uma Musume, and the earliest bit of Uma media. You can tell because the animation is rough as shit. Back then, it was supposed to be a more conventional waifu collectathon with some yuri undertones (because horsebreeding, geddit?). But this spooked the licensors because they thought their precious horses were about to be turned into lesbian smut for kimoota, so Cygames had to scramble before the entire plan crashed and burned. The development of that game was a mess in general, it got delayed to the point where the anime used to promote the game came out three years prior to release.
