I find it funny how you didn't mention Isolde because there isn't any happy ending for her in Vienna as it was.
Either Karl rapes her and forces her to be a housewife like he wanted to do because Kakania would die without Marcus's intervention while Isolde slowly loses any tiny bit of sanity she had left and dies like her mother or Isolde kills herself to prevent that like she was on the verge of in her character story.
Zeno never has a reason to send windsong out to Rayashki because the storm doesn't leave them short on manpower, study of leylines dies and Windsong dies poor and alone while Rayashki fades from the map with time.
I could go on but you get the idea.
