I completely disagree, 1.1 was more than fine. It was well paced to the point without tons of pointless philosophical fillers like the compass and mangosteen, all the characters had the basic build up unlike the sudden avengers moment in act 5 and featured better use of the map in the story (the frozen in time island was really beautiful, and had actual progress when you finished it).
