I mean, as a general rule, it makes no sense to leave an inheritance to someone who isnt or hasnt made any kids. I myself could be sitting on an extra three houses but decided it was actually better to cut ties with that branch of the family or else spend the rest of my life dealing with their chaos. Most of the queers from the generation before mine who had siblings got the same arrangement; no kids, no inheritance.
