Based on the fact the defence is great and the team has won 21 games the last 2 years including playoffs? I mean he's a defensive oriented Head Coach. He fixed the defence. Now he's got to rely on Stroud and the offence to do their part. He chose to hire Slowik and it worked fairly well for 2 years. Now he's made a change and Caeserio has given him a bunch of new pieces in the draft+FA. I definitely see a good HC in him
