I work with a bunch of zoomers. Some of them genuinely freak me out with their mannerisms.
>One guy I haven't talked to in almost a year crossed by my desk 6 or 7 times in a row looking at me, then his older boss brought him over to "re-introduce" him.
>Another guy who is built like an adult-sized baby (fat/thick/blobby but not much gut) would sneak up on me with his head down then start talking to me while still looking down.
>Another guy was asked to do a presentation with his laptop connected to the display, got asked one question, then almost ripped the whole display down by forcefully yanking his laptop hurriedly trying to get out of there.
>Another guy can't listen to new information (explaining concepts in a mentor-like way) or else his lip will quiver.

All the people my age (30s) and older are only weird in the ways you might expect, maybe a bit shy, or a bit too staunch / aggressive in their beliefs, or will talk through you when they're under pressure. With zoomers, I see people on the edge of their wit ready to irrationally lash out, almost feral. I refuse to be mean or criticize them, only help them, because I have no idea how much pain they might be in. But maybe I should be harder on them to set clear boundaries, so that they can actually relax for once, because clear boundaries are easier to work with than an ambiguous grey zone.

I hate non-Germanics so much it's unreal.
