This is standard long-term plot mystery structure, you aren't going to get an answer early on. Simplest explanation is that Ralsei's object is stored underground in the well of Darkness and thus can travel up the fountains to each new Dark World, but this is just a theory without evidence and anything may happen.

Dark Worlds in a sense always exist, and the Darkners in them travel around to see each other. But they do so blindly, because they need the negative light of a Dark Fountain to operate fully. We cannot perceive this activity either, they just look like inanimate objects but they are talking, meeting, fighting, all sorts of things.
.... That was my theory anyway, but Ch 3 and 4 seem to suggest that Kris and frenz were throwing parties and games with the main objects that happen to be our lead Darkners anyway. So that could explain how they all know each other.

They're more compatible with the TV World than the Cyber World. Also Lancer does turn to stone eventually, and we don't see what happens to Rouxlsypoo.
