The biggest difference is that both Romania and Bulgaria have those Balkan shithole qualities, like Romanian railway routinely runs trains with broken windows that has been like that for years or don't even bother to remove the graffiti, they look like this. There are stray dogs and giant rural poverty. From this standpoint Hungary is more "wealthy"
But overall speaking all these countries are extremely poor you should not fall for the /int/ psyop
