start with frigate T0s then work your way up to T1s if you're completely new to Abyssals.
Make sure your fit is cap resistant and can dictate range. By Tier 1s and higher... Tessera Battlecruisers and Angel Rooms will fuck you hard if you're not paying attention. The battlecruiser has perfect tracking under 15km so stay at range, Angels you just have to kill them before they kill/neut you.
The other rooms are all easy until you get to high tiers.
Tier 0 you want 100dps, Tier 1 240dps, and so on.
Its good content to run if you actually want to use the boosters in your redeem queue instead of letting them sit there for months at a time. The rats have better AI and stats than anything else you've probably done before, you cant treat them like regular NPCs.
