Plasma weapons work by dispersing heat. You send a STREAM of plasma to one location, it discharges heat quickly and destroys the things it touches due to a CONSTANT STREAM. Its like using a blow torch, only plasma. Thats also why no weapon fucking exists like this in the world because you cant just shoot a ball of hot air at something and it kills everything. AH said fuck it lets just say it fried the electronics and made them weapons because its cool. Saying REALISM is for balance was a retarded move because then this would be the weakest weapon in the game, but it still doesnt change the fact that IF WE MOVE LOGICALLY, yes it would bypass armor somewhat because its discharging heat via a fluid and that fluid can get into armor. IN REALITY it wouldnt disperse enough heat to do SHIT, and it wouldnt gather infront of a fucking stepper bit in the open air to be heated either.
