Unless the Soviets built their factories hardened with dispersed workshops and underground, which, guess what, they did. And this is assuming that JASSMs can even be salvoed in large enough quantities by F-16s (lol) and somehow be the magical air-defence-evading American wunderwaffe that the other past supposed wunderwaffen have failed to be.
