This game is comfier. It has a real childlike sense of wonder but isn't stupid, there's plenty of like explicit mentions of death and sad moments in the otherwise dreamlike whimsical setting, which makes me feel something like childhood moments when you understand the world is real and that bad things happen, which is oddly comforting. As an adult, you're wiell aware and constantly thinking about the unpleasant aspects of reality, where as a kid those moments only break through the little dreamworld you're living in most of the time.
