Look I agree with you to a point but I really don't think it's fair for your life to be fucking over if your child is born with pants-shitting retardation severe enough that he can't live without 24/7 assistance. No sane person on earth is rarely sane enough to handle that alone. If the government cares so much about supporting the mentally disabled, then realistically there should be more facilities to take them in if the parent's aren't able to, or they reach 18 years old. Because as it is now you birth a severe nonverbal autistic, you are now their slave for the rest of your fucking life.
