This is completely wrong and I only found out after I got S rank for both boards.

There's literally THREE ways for you to get to the secret boss.
1. Get S rank on both boards
2. Just BUY the S rank from one of the vending machines
3. Are you just BAD at games? Play as poorly as you can on both boards to get Z rank and THAT room will lead you to the S-rank room you need to go to to fight the secret boss

You have no excuse.
