Pretty decent. Hardly any voiced narration at all. It's a mixed of animated segments and real video archives. They used the voice line of the people who got interviewed as the narration for the documentary. Does a good job to cover most of Urara's story too.
Don't expect anything related to uma though since this one was made before season 1 even aired.
