Oh and something cool about the way the dystopian alternate reality works in Doctor Who is how the entire show has become fiction within it and the dictator lulls the population with stories based on past episodes. It's very meta and speaks to how a state can homogenize entertainment and subsume it into it's agenda. Maybe because Kingdom Hearts is fictional in Quadratum they could draw on that same concept. So they've turned Sora into a propaganda figure. He's like Stamp in FF7 Remake.
