Board is full of:
-People who committed to lifting because they are generally unsuccessful and so they flaunt their numbers and make fun of anyone weaker
-Demoralizers who don't even lift
-People who want you to hurt yourself.

Ironically you have to be smart to take advice from strangers, to know who's full of shit.
