they could easily start tests at 10am or even 9am. the historical reason, dew on the grass, is literally not an issue anymore, even if it is there's millions of quid worth of tech to clear up the pitch.
reckon its clubs that hold onto the 11am start because it gives more time in the morning for people to turn up and nobody will be buying food and drink concessions at 9-11am.
