Stop exaggerating the dude in your image looks nothing like skarsgard's baron. It clearly takes a lot of inspiration especially with the atreides but it's hardly a "carbon copy."

I just reread Messiah recently and I don't think they are telling the same story anymore with how much they've already changed.
