Day 47
After becoming Champion of Sinnoh, I set off for a strange and unfamiliar region—Unova. Starting fresh in Nuvema Town with no Pokémon, I received an Oshawott from Professor Juniper and began my journey. My first stop was Accumula Town, where I caught a Lillipup to join my team. While there, I witnessed a strange group called Team Plasma giving a speech about liberating Pokémon from humans. It was bizarre. One of their supporters, a mysterious guy named N, challenged me to a battle. I beat him, but he left a strange impression.
Moving on, I caught a Patrat and received a Pansear from a friendly trainer who saw I needed a type advantage. I reached Striaton City and challenged the Gym. Since I chose Oshawott, I faced Cilan. His Lillipup gave me some trouble using Work Up, but Oshawott managed to take it down with Water Gun. Pansear handled Pansage with ease using Incinerate, earning me my first badge in Unova.
With the Gym behind me, I began expanding my team. I caught a Munna in the Dreamyard, a Pidove while exploring nearby routes, and a Roggenrola deep within Wellspring Cave. My Unova journey had only just begun, but my team was already shaping up for the road ahead.
