I doubt they would vary whatsoever from a generic Human in any way shape or form. The only times Owlcat writers have actually written a non Human character as having traits and an identity that included their racial composition was Jubilost, Nok-Nok, and Marazhai, and I don't even count Nok-Nok since he wasn't written by them.
