I had no idea this scientist from WL3 and WL4 were supposed to be the same character, not only that but he was a boss in Dr. Mario 64, and most of all that he's a character originating from that Japan only Frog Prince game that was developed by Intelligent Systems, which is ironic considering what studio solely makes Wario games at this point.
