Similar marks shaped like keyholes appeared on CBC primers too. I wouldn't think they'd be loaded to higher pressure [burn rate] than ZSR, but the granular situation with the later might suggest so. This is pure speculation without chronograph data of course but NATO spec 9x19 would demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that the "primer drag" is unrelated to chamber pressure.
