My only problem with it is that 90% of it is clickbait bullshit "you're doing _____ exercise wrong!" Or "the top 5 worst exercises for _____ gains" and it shows images of the most common exercises that people do for that muscle group, and then the content ends up contradicting the clickbait title because all these faggots are just chasing engagement.

I'm really fucking fat but also lazy so I'm trying to increase my passive calorie expenditure, I currently walk 10k steps a day and work out 4x a week while on a diet, generally I get to about a 700 to 800kcal deficit daily on average and I'm down 21lb so far. Would having ankle and wrist weights benefit me more then it would destroy my joints? Would a collective 4 to 10kg more load while I go about my daily life even make a noticeable difference in either calorie expenditure or strength gain?
